Gantry (Bridge) Style: Utilizing a dual-side beam (Y-axis) support system for the cross-beam (X-axis), this design maximizes mechanical rigidity. It is the ideal choice for heavy-duty applications requiring superior stability, long-term durability, and sustained high-precision performance.

Cantilever (Fly-arm) Style: Featuring a single-side beam (Y-axis) configuration to drive the X-axis, this design provides a streamlined footprint. It is particularly well-suited for applications where operational accessibility and space efficiency are the primary considerations.

Reinforced X-Axis Architecture:
Our X-axis is engineered with integrated stiffening ribs, significantly bolstering structural rigidity. This design allows the beam to accommodate heavier Z-axis assemblies and 3D cutting heads while maintaining exceptional straightness and minimizing deflection under load. Even with the cutting head traversing the midpoint of a 4-meter beam, the measured vertical deviation (sagging) is restricted to under 0.1 mm, ensuring consistent precision.

Decoupled Water Management System:
We utilize a “separation-of-concerns” design where the water collection system is mechanically isolated from the motion platform. Because water catchers are subject to intense forces—due to the weight of water and abrasive media—as well as thermal expansion during prolonged operations, this isolation is critical. By physically decoupling the tank from the machine frame, we ensure that external stressors and thermal drift have zero impact on the machine’s inherent cutting accuracy.
