Two support units are mounted on the bed, with two available options:
1.Follow-Up Support
Servo-driven vertical movement provides real-time support for long, small-diameter pipes prone to deformation. Lowers automatically to avoid interference when the rear chuck passes.
2.Adjustable Wheel Support
Cylinder-lifted design with manual position adjustment, suitable for supporting pipes of various diameters.
Front and rear full-stroke pneumatic chucks, both movable in the Y-axis. The rear chuck handles clamping and feeding, while the front chuck secures the material. Both are servo-driven for synchronized rotation.
Dual-chuck clamping enables short tail cutting down to 20–40 mm, while also supporting longer tail processing.
The T series adopts a moving-and-avoidance chuck design, allowing continuous dual-chuck cutting for improved stability and consistent precision, even with long pipes.
Delivers precise clamping with a dust-resistant design for extended durability. Lightweight aluminum construction ensures strong load capacity and stable performance in demanding environments.
